Muhammad Jamil
Head of Chambers
Mr. Jamil is the Head of Chambers at JLA and has been a practicing Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan. He read law and completed his LL.B. (Legum Baccalaureus) from S.M. Law College at Karachi – Pakistan in the year 1991 and commenced his legal practice in 1992 as an Associate Lawyer at the Law Office of Mr. M. Ilyas Khan, a prominent and highly respected Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and former President, Sindh High Court Bar Association, where he was involved in a broad range of litigation matters. There he closely assisted Mr. Khan in numerous criminal and constitutional matters, whilst also working independently on several cases.
Mr. Jamil also has the honour of carrying out the necessary research pertaining to different laws and historical events of Pakistan, which Mr. Ilyas Khan subsequently incorporated in many of the books that he authored.
Sarosh Jamil
Senior Associate
Sarosh Jamil is a Senior Associate at JLA and has been a practicing Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan since 2020. He read law and completed his LL.B. – Honours (Legum Baccalaureus) from the University of London (U.K) in 2017.
Sarosh initially started his practice with JLA in early 2017 and was subsequently hired as an Associate at Aga Faquir Mohammad & Co., one of the most reputed law firms of Pakistan, where he was involved in numerous litigation matters.
Feroz Alam Jamil
Associate
Feroz Alam Jamil is an Associate at JLA and has been a practicing Advocate of the District Courts of Pakistan since 2021. He read law and completed his LL.B. – Honours (Legum Baccalaureus) from the University of London (U.K) in 2021.
Feroz regularly assists the Head of Chambers in various litigation matters and is keenly involved in drafting legal notices, opinions, agreements, contracts etc.
Asadullah Ahmedani
Associate
Asadullah Ahmedani is an Associate at JLA and a practicing Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan since 2022. He read law and completed his LL.B. – Honours (Legum Baccalaureus) from the University of Sindh in 2020.
Asadullah frequently assists the Head of Chambers and the Senior Associate in various litigation matters.
